The next meeting of the Interfaith Branch in Christchurch is with Ashraf Choudhary, MP In association with the Muslim Students Association of Canterbury University. Presenting a Muslim Perspective on Faith and Politics.

- Hi there and welcome to this group - we are working away with Winnie Laban as our spokesperson, who is going to lift the profile of the Inter-Faith branch of the Party at the Conference this year. Thanks for joining this group and I hope that we can set up branches around the country. Labour's faith dimension is more extensive than people might realise!

- I'm sure that Christian texts attached to weapons of war are offensive to people of all faiths and of no declared faith.
