May march against mining.

I wonder whether Matt Muldoon has considered the possibility of opining without personal insult. It seems beyond him.

I'm going to dignify your stuff with a reply - probably once and once only, so don't expect that this will become an ongoing conversation Matt. Suffice to say that the personal stuff you put in is ab…

Over 60 people attended Dr Ashraf Choudary's MP presentation on a Muslim perspective on Faith and Politics at Canterbury University tonight. Thanks to Omar El-Hadad, Clare Pattison and Hugh Perry of the Inter-Faith branch for organising this.

Hi Adrienne, good to meet you! By Labour's faith dimension I meant those of faith, whatever that faith might be, within the Labour Party.

Glenn,
Thanks for your comment. The reason why I came on board is because inter-faith dialogue is one of my particular interests. I believe it is very important if people are going to understand each other's most important ideals and values.
Patrick.

Anne Tolley closed Aorangi School today, saying the students can go to other schools. We've been opposing this closure from a community perspective (we live around the corner from the school)

Behind the closure is the assumption of social homogeneity. But the kids are not all the same and have vastly different needs! - from one another and from the kids in other schools in the area. What do you think? It's a multi-ethnic, multi-faith school.
